There are many reasons why a person might wish to improve their fitness level; it might be middle age creeping up, or perhaps an athlete that is working out off-season in preparation for the next season, or just a person working from home that needs the exercise. Setting fitness goals

Before you start driving around checking out gyms, a Google search will give you a list of gyms in your area and create a shortlist of venues to visit over the next couple of weeks. Once you walk into a gym, if it feels right and it isn’t too far from your home, you have found the perfect venue for your fitness program.

The Australian government offers a lot of free resources about physical fitness, which can help you plan your program. Once you start, you can continue and move up to more demanding levels until you are happy with the results.
